Item #2305158800 is in the "Awaitng Checkout" Category and shouldn't be. They've done the Checkout already, paid and all that is left to do is ship. Is this part of the Sales Mgr. Issues you were having earlier? I wasn't sure so thought I'd ask. Please let me know.

No, it wasn't. It is in "Post Sale" and never has been archived.

This is indeed due to the issue outlined in this thread.

You should be able to check off the appropriate steps for this listing, as we will not be doing another resynchronziation.
