I see this question mentioned a few posts down but i don't see a resolution so i will ask it again. To ensure credit when relisting an item that didn't sell, do i relist through Ebay or AW or does it matter?
Thanks,
Brenda

Hello,
You will get your relisting credit from eBay either way. It is better to relist via the closed section here on AuctionWatch though, so your item automatically tracks in your Sales Manager and you arent charged image hosting fees for items listed from outside of AW.
(depending on your plan)

Along that line, how can I modify an auction before relisting it via AW? For instance, I'd like to remove the reserve and possibly lower the price.

Hello,
Click to relist it from the closed section of the Sales Manager tab. On the next page, there is an edit link you can use to make any needed changes before resubmitting. Just be sure to save any changes.
