The sales tax decimal place in checkout is hard to see and my buyers are making mistakes when entering the sales tax percentage. My sales tax rate is an even number (6%) so PA buyers aren't used to having a decimal place when entering sales tax and are entering .06% rather than 6% because they can't see the decimal place. They then either ignore the incorrect calculation or write me to ask what to do.

Has anyone addressed this before?

Hi Magazineframes,

You can put in some directions for tax in order to correct this problem. Go to My Account > Post Sale Management Options and right in the section where you check off if sales tax applies, there is a text box. You can use that to tell buyers to enter it in as 6.00% rather than .06%. I hope this helps!

Regards,

Sonya
