I have just discovered that items are cloning themselves in my post sale.

ORDER 561803886 is the same as ORDER 561803908 check it out. I don't know if there are others.

The two orders above are duplicates of each other. The second appeared out of the blue

No these were launched by AW. I noticed that this had occured last night. Among them are three storefront items. I haven't checked whether there are any others, noticed these as they were at the top of the list. I'll archive them so as not to send any reminders, have left them alone for you to see up 'til now.

One thing I have noticed is even the comment left by the customer has been duplicated.

Hi Dave,

This is most likely related to the problem from last week. You can go ahead and remove the duplicates, it shouldn't affect your communication with your customer.
