I just signed up for the Sales Manager Pro. I have auctions running now and I want to import them so I can start using SMP. I click on "Sales Manager" tab and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong. I've made sure that my auction site listing is Ebay already. What should I do? Also . . . the only tab on the left side that works is the synchronize tab.

Hello,
Even though you have stored your ID you must pick a plan. You can sign up for the free two week trial. This can be done by logging in, and going to your Sales Manager tab.
Keep in mind that Sales Manager Pro does not allow downloads of active auctions to the program. The program allows you to create listings offline, then log on and synchronize with online so that you can list in bulk rather than create listings one by one online. It does not manage post sale or active auctions.

OK so it doesn't work with active auctions. I'm wondering if it will import eBay Motors auctions? I hate to end some early to just find out.
