Hi, I tried to list a auction on yahoo yesterday, and it didn't go threw, said error. said this..... Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID = 0003) was unexpected ......only auction for yahoo....it is sitting in my pending folder [ could you please check and see why this didn't go threw.???? Hello,
There are several scenarios that can cause your Yahoo auctions to error on launch. In order to eliminate potential causes, please check the following:
-Double-check your Yahoo account information entered under My Account -> Auction Site Accounts. Make sure that all data stored here is correct and current.
-Log on to Yahoo and go through the process of creating a listing. This will ensure that your login information is correct, and you will also be prompted to update any information needed by Yahoo during this process. Note that Yahoo does periodic credit card and security key verification checks, so you may need to do this more than once.
- If you have updated your security key recently, and you have inventory items that were created prior to updating this information, you will need to re-enter the new security key information in each inventory item. Changes to this information in your preferences will not apply to your saved inventory items.
If you are still unable to list your Yahoo items after going through these steps, please post back here and let us know.
