We have improved our automated post sales notifications to reduce the amount of repeat reminders sent. In the past, if post-sale steps #1 and #3 were checked, but not step #2 (in the case where your customer responded to you outside our system), the WBN reminder would be sent after the specified number of days - regardless of the fact that your buyer had already paid. The same applied to payment reminders, if step #3 was left unchecked, but subsequent steps were checked as completed.
The system will now prevent WBN reminders from going out if step #3 is checked, and will also prevent payment reminders from going out if step #5 is checked.
We hope that this will help eliminate confusion for your customers.
