I recently purchased a new computer with Windows XP Professional and manage to download pictures from the my wholesaler website with no problems but I can't upload through the image hosting in sale manager. I am getting the message my image can't be identify and that I need to repair it. I am new to computers and not sure what it's asking me to do.

Hi Amara,
Make sure your images are saved in jpeg format. You can only upload images that are jpeg and gif so if you are getting that message it most likely means the image is in the wrong format.
