I have many customers tht can not cut-paste you winning bidder notification. Why do you have a system set up to cut-paste when it can be set up to click on a link???? This is not people friendly to have to Cut-Paste. Seems redundant to me.

This is a function that is dependent on which email client your customer is using. In most email clients the link will be clickable, however, some clients - such as the AOL email client - are not HTML compatible. Unfortunately, there is no way around cut/paste for these customers. This is one reason that we would suggest that you use AuctionWatch checkout - then your customer can just click the checkout button in the auction to access the WBN.
