I had signed up on 2/17. 2 Week free trial should last until 3/3. I listed auctions on 2/25 and have been charged for all. Can you please tell me what's up with that?
I had written an email on Friday 2/28 regarding this and have rec'd no answer or indication that the question was rec'd.

Hi Brenda,
If you received charges it is because you signed up for a plan before your two week free trial ended. I have double checked your statement and that appears to be the case.
When I "signed up" I only filled in any info that was requested of me. I put in for the standard plan because I was asked which plan I wanted. I should get the 2 week free trial! Nothing indicated that I was not to fill in that information. Please allow me the 2 free weeks that I was/am entitled to.
