Hi. 2 questions:
1)I have my store contact info etc. set up so the mailers and mailing info present to the customer with my business/site name and address. The post auction mailing labels print out with my personal name and address. There would ne no reason for routing any communication to a customer that included my full personal name. It also opens me up to junk mail to my personal address and personal replies if someone wants to track me as an individual directly to my computer. Even my checking account is set up to receive checks in my business name. Isolating all my email and correspondance to a business name and the benefits of a separate business email distanced from my personal email accounts was also one of the reasons I chose customer manager participation. Is there a way to change the auction mail-out defaults from my private contact info to my business name that goes with the address? The address is correct, only the name is the problem.
2)While the label printout is a time saver, it looks tacky to cut and paste. I'll get some better looking paper to print on and cut and paste with for now, but any way this integrates with Avery Label printing?--or did I just miss the defaults to take advantage of it?
If you want your business name to print out rather than your personal name, you can change this information under My Account -> Personal Information. Just enter your business name in the First/Last name fields.
The lables are formatted to print out on a standard Avery lable - if you have trouble printing them using the default, you should be able to adjust them to fit.
