Hello, I've had several auctions end and ship yet the bidders names have not been updated into my Customers' accounts.

Instead, my Customers are still showing the eBay nickname before the eBay nickname (makes sense when you look at it.)

At what point does my customer information get updated?

Hi, since I did not receive an answer on this, I'd like to pose a challenge.

I went through my customer records and rearranged the first names in the first name fields and the last names in the last name field. No biggie because most information is imported from PayPal in that one line fashion.

The challenge: I would like the option to be able to individually update my customer records by having a button to manually import the "Sales Manager>Post Sales>" *name & address* into my bidder's record.

Please let me know the answer to post #1 (is this in place yet?) and post #2. Thank you !

Hello,

Unfortuantely only the email address gets imported, as that is the only information available when the auction closes. When your winner has filled out your checkout, you will have to manually update their profile in Customer Manager to include name and address. We are working on ways to improve this -- I will pass your suggestions along to product development.

This is actually quite important for several reasons.

I would really like to get to know my bidders on a first name basis, one reason I added customer management.

And, in the case of chargebacks where the original transaction has been archived, I will still need access to the bidder's name and address.

Manually inputting this information completely defeats the reasons for signing up -- to save work . This should be made a priority, or IMHO opinion, Customer Management should be considered a beta version and be free.

I'm not trying to be testy -- but not having access to bidder's name and address -- then what is really the point of paying for Customer "Manager" in relation to Sales Manager -- where the information is already available and should be shared with CM?
