A potential buyer emailed and asked about one of my items asking if the "photo was available yet?" I went to look and sure enough there is a white spot where my photo should be. I thought maybe the site was down or something, but I looked at some of my other auctions and all my photos are there. So what is happening with item #2918243620 and how can it be fixed? Please advise as soon as possible.

Hello,

The image does not appear to be in your account. If you upload the image to your account it will replace that 'image not available' gif.

Did you create this auction in SMPro, or online?

It was there when I re-listed. Why did it disappear?
