How can I add names and addresses to the checkout fields when the buyer doesn't go through check out? I would like to use the rest of the options with their name filled in. For example: printing a packing slip. If I could fill in their name and address, then I could use the packing slip with the fields filled in. As it stands now I have to make my own invoice in another program. I hope this is clear enough. This really frustrates me.

On your post sale page for that item, click on edit (line 2) and you can fill in the blanks...I have to do this all the time for folks who will not or cannot complete the checkout.
