I currently offer customers the option for either 1st class or priority. I was trying to get the manager to use 1st class by weight. However, it seems that I can only combine 1st class items by weight up to one pound. Is there a way around this? I would like to automatically combine and use first class for up to 5 pounds. how can I do this? I have noticed that some users here have a fixed price, and then a percentage discount for additional items, but I would like to do it by weight, not number.

You can't use first class shipping for items over 14 ounces anyway - then it automatically goes to priority rate at the post office....does that help?
