If I can not opt out of the "POWERED BY AUCTIONWATCH" on my packing papers, will the engineers fix the packing papers to print all the information. When I print the Invoice/Packing page the right side is cut off. I brought this to your attention in April 2002 when it first started happening. To this date the right side of the page is cut off, especially since you have initiated "POWEREd BY AUCTIONWATCH" at the top. If the engineers can not rectify this proplem, please let me now. Seems to be a page layout problem on AW side.
As a consumer, I think the least I could possibly expect is for the page to print properly.
