Maybe I'm doing something wrong. On Sales Manager, I choose "buyer pays actual shipping costs." Then on the WBN it ask for shipping amount. When I try to upload the auction, it says I must enter a shipping amount. I won't know the amount until the auction ends and I get a zip code from the buyer. I want the buyer to pay the actual shipping costs. Please help.
Just uncheck the box to send the WBN automatically, then you do not have to provide any shipping options. The automatic WBN requires a valid shipping option be provided at the time the item is listed. If you need to gather the total later, just uncheck the box so you can send the WBN later when you have a shipping amount to provide.
