Hi, just a small problem, but I haven't been able to resolve it myself. When I make a change in my post sale section, I keep getting a red box that says my WBN reminder is incorrect. I can't find what is wrong. Thanks

Hello,

There was an odd space appearing, which I removed and when I saved the change, there was no error message shown.

Let us know if you see this error again on your end.

Hi, that was really prompt!. I went back in, didn't change anything but told it to save my preferences and it showed up as before.

Tried it again, making a small change with the check out, from static to moving, just to see what happened. It still shows the WBN error in the red box.

Which of the messages are you changing, and what exactly are you changing? If it errors now, the only error should be with whatever changes are being made.

I changed the post sale from static checkout to moving check out. Only as a test to see if the red box with red wbn reminder error came up. I don't really mind which ever checkout I use since I'm just now trying it out. Either method is ok with me. The red wbn reminder is what bothers me.

I reset your WBN reminder back to the default message, you should not get this error again.

Hi, I'm back again. bad penny and all that. When I was using the post sale management, my goal was to try out the checkout button and the post sale check out insert (that apprears in yellow) to get my winners to use the aw system. I have launched many auctions since that day, and none of them show the checkout cart. Was the page deactivated or something like that?

Hello,

I see that you have checkout enabled in Post Sale Management Options -- are you listing your items from Sales Manager, or Sales Manager Pro? Are these items relists?

All of them are new auctions that went up today, no store only items. There are two more going up in a few hours that are relists.

Hello,

If you had checkout off when you originally listed the items you are relisting, then when you relist it will list with the original auction details. So for your relists, make sure that you review the listing and select AuctionWatch Checkout. The page itself is working, since your latest listing has the checkout button -- you just have to make sure it's enabled within the listing for those you are relisting.
