For some reason, I have not gotten end of auction notices all week - if someone hits the BIN button I will get the notice, but not the regular end of auction notices. Mailstep is successfully forwarding on buyer questions and listing notifications, just not the end of auction notices. Any ideas?
The end of auction notices come from eBay. Sometimes there is a delay in sending them, you might want to contact them to see if they can get them out to you and if in fact there is a delay.
