Hi,

When I get feedback from a sale, does AW pick it up and check feedback button, or do I have to do it myself?

Just wondering, I have gotten feedback already. but button is not checked> If AW does do this, is it updated every 24 hours and I should wait?

Hello,

The feedback step is not automatic at this time. You will need to check that step off manually when feedback is left for you.
