When I create a auction using AW the shipping field on ebay says the seller has not provided this info..how do I fix this, as I do give a shipping charge when creating the auction on AW.

Can you let me know where you are when you see this -- is it the actual auction, or a specific section on the create listing form? I am not able to find it.

Payment details at bottom of auction...
When I create auctions on AWI always fill in the shipping amount But it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the ebay listing once it has been submitted to ebay.

Hi Rewasko,
The Payment Details section is acutally a part of eBay Checkout. You can set this in My Account > eBay Site Specifics. If you enable this, you will be enabling eBay Checkout.
