I have noticed that in some of my post sale auctions I don't have the option to file the Non-paying bidder or the FVF. It isn't because it's too old to qualify. Here's an example of an auction that doesn't have that listed 3317236041. Can you tell me why?
Is this a dutch auction? If so, that would be why there is no NPB key for this item number. We are not setup to process NPB requests for Dutch auctions, at this time.

No, it's not a dutch auction, but I do find that in my fixed price auctions. I don't believe this was a fixed price auction either, though.

Yes, but they never completed the transaction through paypal. They filled out the form that they were going to use paypal, but forgot to pay.

Sorry, I was reading your responses through my email instead of through the board so I missed the 's' in buyers. Yes, it was a fixed price - wasn't sure if that was the same as a dutch auction. Thanks for your help.
