With the change to Vendio, find I must now go through and fill out 2 sign in sheets. This is time consuming and aggravating. Will this be resolved soon?
Try clearing your browser cache, and clear your cookies -- make sure that you update your bookmarks so that they have vendio in place of auctionwatch. If this does not help your situation please let me know what URL you are on, when you are prompted to sign in twice.
Regards,
Sonya

Has been 2 sign-in screens since Vendio started. Very annoying, recognizes my user name, but I have to sign in 2 times.

Still does the same thing. Opening the auctionwatch.com home page and signing in and then It comes into a second page. There is a problem with this that relates to your company fixing the problem, not us dumping our cache.

If you go to www.vendio.com you only have to sign in once, if you go to www.auctionwatch.com you have to sign in twice.
Please let us know the exact URL from where you are logging in, as well as browser and the version of the browser you are using. If you are running any firewalls or pop up blockers, please let us know that as well.

I have Windows98, use AOL, and AOL has a Pop-Up blocker. When I type in Vendio.com, get an error message says the site is not responding. When I type in AW it comes right up, no problems with 2 sign ins. I fully believe something is not turned on properly at your end or VD needs to talk to AOL and see if this problem could be fixed by the engineers pushing the buttons.
We have further examined this issue that many of you are experiencing and have made some changes to help things work better. It has to do with "auctionwatch.com" being bookmarked, so we recommend changing your bookmarks to vendio.com to avoid the redirect pagees and subsequent signins.
Shadowwand -- what version of AOL are you using? If you use the Internet Explorer browser rather than the AOL browser to access vendio.com, can you get in or do you get the same results?

I am using AOL 8.0. When I type in the complete address, as you suggested (http//ect) it still comes up website is not responding. This really needs resolved, I can see problems in the near future for all concerned.

Hello shadowwand,
Please make sure you are logging in to http://www.vendio.com. If you are still getting the "website not responding" message, please try using Internet Explorer rather than the AOL browser.
If you still cannot access the site, you might want to try a different AOL dialup number if there is one available in your area.
