We are getting Emails form customers complaining that they are going into our E-bay store, and while the gallery picute shows up, the big picture in the item description says "Picture unavailable. Please try back later". Well one of our customers today informed us that they wanted to buy a pair of $104.00 leather pants, but could not see them for at least ONE WEEK so the ended up buying them elsewhere!!!! The item # was 2813005190.
Needless to say, we are disgusted, and have lost a $104.00 sale because of Auctionwatch. We probably lost more as these items have been unviewable for at least a week!!! This is unacceptable, as we pay a fee for this service every month, and now we are losing sales because of your errors!! Please advise ASAP!
Also, what do plan on doing to compensate for the lost sale?
I have deleted your other thread on this topic since it is on the same thing. The preview URL, which is the URL you have been using, is not the correct image URL to use in listings. Here is the URL that you should be using:
Why is this not the correct URL??? This is the same URL I have ALWAYS been using without a problem!!! Are you telling us that we have to manually go in and change URLS on over 1000 e-bay store items? I hope this is not the case.
The URL works because it is a preview of the image you just uploaded, but it does not reset the 90 day deletion flag. That URL will work for 90 days, so if you don't launch an auction containing that picture or click on it in image hosting, it is subject to deletion. It was never the correct URL for resetting the flag so you will have to change the URLs or go through each image in your account that has a deletion warning, and click on it to view it in full and reset the flag.

Sonya
