When I launch a auction using aw then later go into ebay and make changes to the listing, do these changes stay saved so that when I relist this item again from aw the changes are still there..

Hello,

No, changes made outside of the Vendio system are not picked up when you relist. You will need to hit the edit button and make those changes from here as well before you relist those items.
