LAst night, we had quite a few auctions end with no bids. I thought those automatically go back into my inventory and the inventory amount adjusts accordingly. However, I selected those "unsold" items, clicked re-list and scheduled them for tonight. However, we changed our mind and thought it would be best to re-list the unsold items on Thursday night. So I selected all pending listings, clicked cancel, then re-submitted for Thursday night.
However, When we go in to our inventory and look at these items, it shows "0" for "at auction". Once the iten is scheduled, doesn't the system pick that up as "At Auction"?
Needless to say, we are now unsure of our inventory!
No, only items that are actually at auction appear here. While your item is in pending, your quantity available will show that pending item still available. Once it goes from pending to active, it will remove it from the quantity available, and indicate it as being at auction.

Thanks Chris. however, we usually schedule our auctions on Sunday morning to go off Sunday night. Every single time, as soon as we schedule the item to go off that night, it shows up as "at auction". This ALWAYS happens. I don't know if it's because we are scheduling it to go off the same day, where as in this case there is a three day gap. This seems very weird. Any idea why this would happen?
In any case, once those auction launch on Thursday, are you sure my inventory will automatically adjust?
When you see them show as being at auction, are you relisting items from the closed section, or submitting new items from the inventory page itself?
I believe it lists items at auction right away, even when scheduled, but only when listing brand new items, not relisting items that were originally launched from inventory.
