I know that this has been mentioned before, but I've recently had some unhappy customers regarding this issue, so I'm bringing it up again. When a buyer gets a WBN notice they generally fill out the info and then possibly look for upsells to add to their order. When they then have to re-enter all that info a gain they leave in a huff. It would be nice if this was an editable area for us to enter our own messge, but in the meantime, a quick fix for this might be to make the instructions a little clearer. It now reads " If you would like to see more items or continue shopping, please click the continue shopping button." --- Perhaps it could read something like " If you would like to see more items or continue to shop please do so before checkout by clicking the Continue Shopping button. You can enter the checkout process at any time from any page at this site to complete this transaction. Thank you."
It's great having the ability to upsell from auctions, but not so great if it drives buyers away and leaves then frustrated from their experience. Chances are they won't return.
