I changed my email address yesterday in ebay everything is ok to that request,BUT when i go into vendio now and try to launch my pending listing it comes back Error in red it says invalid ebay user name or password. please verfiy your user name and password at ebay and then try launching again. well i did this n still item in pending comes back ERROR. if using sales manager, update your vendio preferences here and list item. Iam very confused about this matter. Help i cant launch any items.

Hi Dorie863,
Since you changed your eBay email address, you must update your stored information in your Vendio preferences. Go to My Account > Auction Site Accounts and click on the Edit link to the right of your eBay ID. You can change your email there.
