I had 3 buy it now's that occurred this morning. Two out of 3 have appeared in close. The other one hasn't appeared yet. The EBAY auction ID is 2721891532. The ones that did appear are 2721894206 and 2721923967.
The item was not in your account so I tracked it in. It is now in closed, so you can continue with the post sale of the item. Was this auction always in Active Auctions up until the close, and then it disappeared after it ended?

I have five "buy it nows" that are still in active and haven't moved to closed, and some of them are from yesterday. Is there a reason this is happening? And how can I get them to closed?
Thank you

If your items are purchased using Buy It Now, you may notice a delay in the item being detected as closed by our system. There are currently three ways in which to help avoid this situation.
1. Utilize Vendio Checkout, which will insert a checkout button into the listing when the item closes. This will allow your buyer to checkout immediately rather than wait for the WBN email. For more information on Vendio Checkout, please refer to this link:
(Note that selecting the "Include the PayPal Checkout button and logo in my listing" option in Global Preferences will insert a PayPal button that your buyers may use to bypass the Vendio checkout.)
2. Utilize Mailstep (our mail relay system.) This allows Vendio to use the eBay end of auction notice that is automatically sent to you to trigger WBN delivery to your buyer and Control Panel update for Buy It Now items.
To activate Mailstep, simply update the email address on file at eBay with your Vendio Mailstep address ([email protected].) The eBay generated mail is then forwarded through our system so we can use the EOA notice to trigger the BIN auction to go to closed. All received mail is forwarded through to the email address you have on file with Vendio.

3. Sign up for Customer Manager, and update the email address you have on file at eBay with your Vendio Customer Manager email address ([email protected]) This system, similar to Mailstep, will utilize the EOA notices from eBay to send your BIN item to closed, with the added benefit of the Customer Manager functionality being available to you.

You may find this tutorial on our website, located under the Customer Manager tab.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or comments.

Hi Christopher, and thank you for your quick reply
I don't use any of the three services you mentioned, and I am sure there are other buyers that do not either.
Isn't there a way Vendio could fix this so BIN and fixed price auctions moved a little more quickly to their respective categories?
Thank you again
