I would like to give a shipping percentage discount, but am wondering if the already closed auctions (which have not been responded to) will also pick this up, as I don't want them to.

If anyone knows, please let me know.

Hi Kat,

If you set a preference for a shipping discount, it will apply only to those auctions you launch after making the change. Closed auctions won't be affected.
