A Yahoo auction that closed with a winning bid did show up in the post sale or closed. It just diappeared. The ID number is #73327690. What happened?

Hi Badgeman,
We have fixed recent problems with Yahoo auctions regarding retrieval of post sale information -- I suspect that might have had something to do with why your auction did not record with a bid in closed since the dates were prior to the fix. I removed and tracked the auction back into your account, and it is now in closed with the bid and post sale keys ready for you to complete your sale.

We have a similar problem with a successful closed Yahoo auction #73328470. However, it is visible but the post sale keys do not show up. This has also happened in the past.
We emailed Vendio customer support about this last week and the reply on 4/10 from Vendio was that they're looking into it but we haven't heard anything since. We're still waiting for our problem to be corrected.
I would like to suggest to Vendio that if you are aware of known problems like these to take a more proactive approach at resolving them rather than waiting for customers to contact them. Surely, if the problems can be corrected then they should be able to query their db for these anomalies and attempt to correct them.
