Last night I closed an auction early.
When I got the Ebay EOA I forwarded it to myself at mailstep like I always do.
This time it did not work.
Just a few minutes ago I checked and it still hadn't moved 15+ hrs later.
I finally got it to move by refreshing it about 5 times.
Has the mailstep address been changed?
If not why didn't it work like it usually does?

Hi there,
I am not sure why the EOA notice didn't work this time - I am not aware of any problems with the mailstep system, so please let us know if it happens again (did the EOA notice end up in your primary email address box right away?)
Note that it is not necessary to refresh multiple times - it can take up to 20 minutes for the system to update after a refresh, and refreshing multiple times will not speed up this process.

As soon as I closed the auction,Ebay sent the EOA.
Which I forwarded to my mailstep address as I always do.
This time no results.

Hi there,
When you forward the EOA notice through mailstep, it should go through the relay and then end up back in your primary email. Did this happen (ie. do you have another copy of the EOA notice in the mailbox of the email address to which account 'dadofstickboy' is registered?)

Ok - just wanted to make sure the email did route correctly. Again - I'm not sure why this happened, but if it happens again, please let us know (it is always best to provide the item number, so that we can look into it.)
