Yikes! I have lost my PayPal links on the auction pages (eBay) Has anything been changed? I still show that I use PayPal on the create an auction forms and I still show as signed up for the auto PayPal link service with PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they blamed eBay and I contacted eBay and they said...Vendio...now what?

Hello,

I have double checked a number of your auctions and the PayPal logo is appearing in all the ones I checked. Where did it used to appear in your listing?

Good grief sorry about that...not even sure what happened but it fits this day quite well! Yes, I have PayPal in html in the auction body but there used to be a daily update feature that added another logo to the bottom of the page and then changed into a pay now link at the top of the auction at the end. that one is missing and I also see that the list of accepted payment forms shown at the top of the auction no longer includes paypal.

Hello,

If you are referring to the logo that automatically attached itself after your auctions launched, that is a PayPal option -- they can automatically add logos to your active auctions.

To get the PayPal logo up at the top, and have it included in the red payment text, you have to go to your Global Preferences and select the second option there for PayPal which includes both the checkout button and logo in your listing.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Sonya

Wow, thanks! I hope that fixes this one. I did change the email address on that link awhile back as the address shown was two years old. The one I put on there now is my current email address and PayPal uses it as the main address. Could that have caused this problem, my changing the address there? I just noticed one day that the address shown on my create a listing page was wrong so I went and changed it...I notice a link right after it that says "register" did I need to do something with that too?

Hello,

You don't have to click on that Register link -- you can just store the right email address and then save your preferences. It looks like you've got everything set up right so let me know if you run into any problems when you launch auctions again.

Sonya

Have been with Auction watch/Vendio for a long time now and you guys are great to work with. I'll come back on if there anre any problems with this afternoons auction launch. Thanks again.
