If a customer does not use the checkout by Vendio and goes through Ebay or paypal, I'd still like to get their address info on the checkout form on here so I can still print out the invoice and shipping label and it actually has their address on it.

When I went to the Edit feature to put it in manually, everything was going dandy until I hit save. I got an error message that said: "please select payment method." Well, I figured I'll just put any in there since the guy already paid me anyways and I'm just trying to save it and am not actually going to send it.

Well hrmf. When I went to the drop down for selecting the payment method, there weren't any except for the one saying "select payment method." G-R-R-R

uh, don't these forums suport html, and how do you preview your message before you send it, and how do you delete your message you wrote if you don't like how it posts?

Draz,
Do you have your payment methods selected in Global Preferences. I don't know if that is what is wrong or not. I kind of panicked when I read your post, and checked mine. It is working fine.

Hi Drazk911,

Let me know the auction you are referring to, so I can take a look at it. Is it an imported auction, or was it created in Vendio?

These forums don't support HTML, they support another type of code (unfortunately I can't remember the name of it right now but use a [ instead of a <. If you want something deleted that you posted in error, we can delete it for you.

Hey -- while we have Sonya's attention why don't we try to get a response to how come Vendio is not willing to support eBay Stores??
All of the posters in this thread have been wondering and have posted on this topic in other locations on the boards.
