Here is an auction I put up on the reduced fee Fixed price auctions a earlier in the month. Just happened to be checking my account on Ebay and found them as Vendio did not import them or list them in my closed auctions. So my customers have not been contacted and I may be looking at bad feedback from this. Please advise me as to what is going on. I did try importing the auction a few minutes ago and no information showed up in Post Sale or closed.
Auction # 3512286526

Hi Greengate,
Import is not designed to be used repeatedly -- if it is closed you would want to use Track Auctions, to get the item into post sale. Is there a specific reason you are importing? Was this item in your Active Auctions list when it was originally active?

Thanks for your reply. The auction was listed via Vendio. I see on the auction page that Vendio has the checkout yellow window.
I just tried to Track and move it to Post Sale and no luck. Any suggestions at this point?

Check this auction 3513069898. I am so sorry for giving you the wrong number, my vision is very poor and I must have picked up the wrong number from my paperwork.
Please check this one out for me. I have checked it over and over just to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Hello,
You are correct, there is something wrong with this item. We have passed this information along to engineering to check into further.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we will update you on this as soon as more information becomes available.
You will want to do the post sale from outside of Vendio for this item at this time.
Regards,
Christopher

I just received this email from one of the buyers.
Hi,
I was the winner for your auction 3513069898. We used the "Buy It Now"
option. This was on Sunday PM. Ebay was having problems at the time. Now
it shows that we have purchased 4 of these. Now we are having problems with
the checkout for this item. HELP!!!! We have never received confirmation
from Ebay that we have won the auction. Not sure what to do now as this
has never happened before. If you are a business and take credit cards, we
can handle it that way.
Thanks

It's getting more interesting now. I have another buyer also with problems and her email is below. On the 13th around 3pm our computer was struck by the Backdoor Litmus 2 virus that deletes all data. It comes in as a "temp" file and is activated when the windows program is shut down. When I spoke with the Symantec Tech I was told it can also come in via an infected website.
I think this might have been the problem as both buyers had multiple purchases listed and they purchased the prints on the 13th.
Here is the email:
Can you help me with this purchase? I am trying to do the
Buy It Now option on this print. It keeps popping up
Internal Error. I would like to purchase this print.
Thanks, "Bitesxxx"

Hello,
That was the day that eBay had their outage, and this certainly sounds like a direct result of it.
Thank you for passing this information along, we will be sure to share that with the engineers that check into this issue.
