I already changed my preferences in eBay Site Specifics and nowhere on it is there a slot or box to put my name and address. In fact, I have gone to all of the places to add and/or change personal preferences. The only place that had my name and street address vs. business name and address was under 'My Account/Personal Preferences/Edit Personal Info'. I already change it to reflect my business name and address which does show up in the Vendio 'Postsale/view checkout' for the item in question. Does this mean that the problem stems from eBay and not Vendio? Would I have to specify to winners to not use eBay checkout services even though I have not checked it in my eBay preferences?
If you want it to show in post sale, then changing Personal Information to reflect your business name will do the trick. I see you have already done this -- when you have a winner that selects payment by check or by money order (provided you have either of those set as an option) then your address will come up as your business name, where they can check out. It actually does not do anything to eBay Site Specifics so if you don't want people to check out using eBay Checkout, just make sure you have the box checked off specifiying that you don't use it.
