I just remembered this one, and didn't put it in the survey.

I would like to be able to post refunds on the post sale management page. I have had people overpay me with PayPal, and I refund them the overpayment. I know I can correct it to show the correct amount, but I would like it to show the actual payment amount, and the amount I refunded. I have tried to do this several times, and it will not accept a negative amount.
