Why is it that, on the packing slip formatted by the vendio system, there is no grand total, and the balance due is referred to as simply \"total?\" That amount is actually not a \"total\" but is the balance due after payments. The format used by vendio is does not conform to standard business practice and the absence of a total with tax, shipping and insurance (where applicable) is consusing to the customer.
(the above is extremely confusing and provides no total for the sale). To fix this, Vendio please add a \"total sale\" (with shipping, tax, insurance) and also change the last line to Balance Due. Actually wouldn\'t hurt to list a \"Total Payments and Credits\"

Hi Kildes,
If you are not charging tax on an item or insurance on an item, it won't show up in the invoice as a field. However, I will log your suggestion with product development regarding different wording for the fields that show on the invoice.

It would be great if the packing slip included a total (including tax & shipping), and total of payments received, and a balance due.
The balance due is currently listed as a total, which it is not.

All of the information appears correctly on the post-sale fulfillment checklist:
Items: $348.00
Shipping: $18.50
Insurance: $5.20
ORDER TOTAL $371.70
paypal: -$173.50
paypal: -$192.50
shipping credit: -$5.70
AMOUNT DUE: $0.00
That is fine. The correction is to the invoice/packing slip that merchants print out to send to customers, as that packing slip does not provide an "order total" and incorrectly refers to the balance as "total"
