I have someone who won 4 different auctions over the course of 2 days: At the end of one evening, I checked for combinable auctions and combined them. The next evening, I checked for combinable auctions again and combined them. Now today, I am realizing that one person won 2 auctions for each day, so they have (2) sets of combined auctions. I clicked on 'combinable auctions' to put all 4 into one order and it shows I have none to combine. However, I do, as this person has two sets that I need to combine into one order. I know I have combined auctions with others that were already combined once. Is there any way to manually put them together? Here are the order numbers: 570024789 & 569848310.
If you wanted to put them together, you would have to uncombine both orders and recombine them into one big order. To uncombine an order, click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order". You can recombine them and send out a WBN for that whole order -- I checked your two seperate ones, and only the WBN has gone out so it should be fine if you explain to the customer what you are trying to do.
