I am still getting the following message when I log in.
The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Open the wsacp.vendio.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
HTTP 404 - File not found
Internet Explorer
After getting this message I hit the back button and find that I am actually logged in. Last time I communicated this problem with you, I was told that you were working on it with AOL. Is there anything happening, any progress, any hope for the future, any response would be welcome.

Hello Jane,
This is most likely a DNS error that is originating in the AOL proxy system (this is different from the gateway error.) Sometimes changes take up to 30 days to fully propagate through their system. The fact that you are logged in on one page but you can't get to another page leads me to believe it is a DNS issue. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do on our end about this. You might want to try another AOL dialup number, or even a different dialup service as a temporary workaround. Of course, as always, be sure to clear your cache as a cached page can also be the culprit.

Diane,
Thanks for your reply. I do have a slight problem with your answer -- I have cleared my cache and changed my dial up number. Are you suggesting that I pay to subscribe to another service instead of AOL just to log on to AW?
Also, I have no idea what "DNS error", "AOL proxy system" and "gateway error" mean. I can get logged in and when I type in my password and get the error message, then hit the back button I am actually logged in and can go anywhere in AW. This is a real annoyance and only started when you changed to Vendio so I find it hard to believe that it is an AOL problem.
