If a buyer completes checkout and forgets to select insurance, but sends payment with insurance, I receive more $ than the vendio total due. If I enter the payment the packing slip shows a credit balance. I can't seem to edit the amount due after the buyer has completed checkout. How can I do this, or at least, print out a packing slip that shows a $0 balance?

Hello kildes,
You may edit the buyer's checkout information by going to the post-sale fulfillment checklist, unchecking step #2, and clicking the "Go to buyer checkout" link. Save the changes, and the packing slip should pring accordingly (there is no need to complete the payment portion.)
