As long as you are tweaking "create new listing" (and i am very pleased that you have changed the category selection to the first page BTW)....

I would like to be able to select "eBay" as my venue ONCE! I (and I'll bet the majority of users) don't sell anywhere else (or if they do, do they go back and forth between venues so often?)...then after I create a new listing I would like to see "choose category/new listing" screen come right back up instead of having to select "ebay" again and wait for the "choose category" screen to come up...is this making sense?? would save a LOT of time! Thanks..

Yes, Yes, Yes,
Love that idea. Every one of these "improvements" adds time and aggravation to the process. Lets keep it simple, please.

Hello,

A solution to this is to bookmark the Category Selection page. As long as you are logged in, you can access that bookmark from anywhere in your Vendio account.

Sonja..clicking something else like a bookmark would be just like clicking "ebay"..would like it to go right to the "new listing/select category screen" ( i think it used to do that)...maybe users could "sign in" at beginning of session to proper venue and then select another if they would like to change..?? I really believe this is an unecessary step and would save all kinds of time! Even a 30 second wait can (almost) add to an extra half hour/ day when you list 50 auctions day in and day out!

Hello,

So you would like it to go from Launching the auction to the category selection screen? The reason it does not do that is you need a confirmation that your auction is being scheduled/launched, plus not everyone lists an auction right after scheduling a new one so it is unnecessary loading time.

Yes, I'm quite certain that it used to confirm launch of last auction and provide "new listing" pull down right away...i think you THEN had to choose eBay...and wait so maybe it's about the same number of steps...but it WOULD be a time saver!!!!

I did find a "work around" just now...when I start listing I right click "eBay" and open in new window 4 times in succession..then I use one of windows that already has loaded the "new listing" page..when I get a listing confirmation i click on "eBay" and then grab another window that has already loaded the page...it's faster but my desktop looks like hell!
