Help! I have a customer who went through checkout, and it gave him no paypal link. What is going on? It is order #571178158 .
The reason there is no link on the confirmation is because on your payment settings for that auction, you had the "Other" field set up as a payment. That is what your customer has chosen -- unfortunately that option won't present a link for customers to complete payment. What you can do is deselect step 2 for the order, then edit the response and change the selected payment to PayPal. Then re-check step 2, and ask the customer to go back to the order confirmation page (they can click on the URL sent to them with the WBN) and they should see a link going to PayPal.
