Hi, I have just changed my e-mail address, and have notified PayPal, E-bay and Vendio. All have the new one working. However, when my customers use the Vedio checkout button on closed auction page, they are still being instructed to pay me at PayPal under the old address. How do I fix this and how do I know that it is fixed? I want to get rid of the old address and ISP as soon as possible.

Hi Lulu,

From the My Account tab, click on the Global Preferences button within. From here you can update your stored PayPal email address that is provided to your buyers.

Be sure to click the save button at the bottom of the page when finished.
