Hello,
I am new to Vendio and have just launched a couple of auctions on Ebay. Both of the templates that I chose did not work as far as the background color and design are concerned. The final auction looks to have just a plain white background.
Am I doing something wrong, or is there a problem with Vendio right now????
I have checked out your items and am able to view them with their templates. You might want to try clearing your cache and then viewing the auctions again. If you continue to get a white background, please let us know.

Well, I tried clearing everything out, but I still get the same results! When I go to Ebay directly and view my auctions, they still have no backgroung in them. Any ideas???????????????
