Hello,
I am trying to combine orders from the same email user and it will not let me , it doesnt see them as combineable when they clearly are what gives

If you split one of the orders you can then combine all of the items whether or not they have replied to the WBN. I do it all the time.

I had the same problem. My guy said he completed the checkout and then went to shop some more and could not get back into his cart. Two reasons for the problem: First is the Search. We need searches to remain during shopping. If you search in my store for "Coke" and buy something and then click on the continue shopping, you do not return to your search. You go back to the home page and have to type Coke in again. Imagine how much trouble that is. Second, if the customer fills out all of the checkout and then tries to shop again, he/she can't access their cart. This has cost me in Paypal fees a number of times. Dave is right, just go in and edit and then recombine.
