Why is it that the "payment received" notification does not state the total payment recieved from the buyer? This is confusing. The default message states "Thanks for payment of $X" but the amount stated does not equal the total payment received - it states the total winning bid amount. Most sellers add shipping and insurance. With the vendio payment received notice, the buyer then gets a message presenting an incorrect payment amount.

The identifyer is set to only grab the winning bidder total. You can always edit your notifications and manually put in the complete total prior to sending.
My question would then be-- why? why does the vendio payment received notice incorrecltly state the winning bid amount as the payment amount? There is a variable in your system for the payment received -- why not insert that variable instead of the winning bid amount, or at least make that variable available to us to insert, so that our customers do not see an incorrect payment amount listed on our payment received notices?
The only variables that can be used in the post sale messages are listed on Post Sale Management Options. There was never one for total payment received. I will log a suggestion on your behalf to get a total payment received variable. The messages are customizable so you can always edit them to not include anything about the price. Right now, yours just has the title variable in it.
