My email notifications for payment received has stopped working. It was working great but no longer does. I get no error message and the check block is not checked after I send message. Buyers are telling me they are getting no emails of any kind so I guess shipment notifications and other notifications are not working.
Help!
Sending the notice for payment received does not check that box. This is a manual step, requiring you to check this box.
Just to be sure, I ran a test on all of the messages, and all appear to be sending correctly.
If you would like to test this for yourself, go to an old listing and click in the upper right to change the buyer. On the next page, change the buyers email address to your own, then go through the post sale steps and resend all of the notices. They will all appear in your mailbox shortly.
