I logged on this morning, and several of my items listed for launch during the night had errors. It is the same error for all of them. I just checked them all and rescheduled. The ones that have "relaunched" didn't. They still show the same error, which doesn't show when I edit. The error message is:
Error 749: You must select gift icon before selecting a gift service.
Cannot select gift services. You must select GiftIcon before selecting GiftWrap, GiftExpressShipping, or GiftShipToRecipient.
Nothing is selected in this section. I have selected "Do not show as a gift".
Is Vendio changing this somehow, so that I am getting this error?

Yes, Christopher. I had to be away from my computer most of the day, so have just received this message. It looks as if one of the auctions has launched, since my message this morning. Was it done by you, or did that one work correctly?
I had them scheduled to launch at intervals, so I don't know if it went on it's own, or had Vendio help.

Sorry for the delay. You are correct, these items do appear to be accepted by eBay when you do an eBay preview, which usually means they will launch without error as well, but they keep coming back with this gift error message.
Do you ever use the gift option, and were these items setup in the past with the gift option, but edited to remove it when you chose to relist?

I looked back, and these were originally listed with the gift icon. I did try to edit it out, but it still didn't work. I just deleted them from my pending auctions, and went straight through eBay so I could get them relisted.

I was not aware that eBay had any rules about using the Gift icon on both the original and the relist. When you went to eBay and relisted from there, did you remove the gift icon this time around, or weren't you allowed to do so?

I was able to remove it by relisting through eBay. On my edit page at Vendio, it wasn't checked, but it was still being picked up. I don't know why it couldn't be removed from there, but no problem with eBay relist.
