Is there a way to get copys of the email notifications sent to myself? Some buyers are complaining that they never receive my "payment received" and "item shipped" emails. I would just like to receive a copy of those emails for my own record. Is that possible?

Hello Ninerfanzz,
You are able to be copied on the WBN notifications which are sent out to customers, which I see you have checked in your Post Sale Management Options. Unfortunately at this time there is not a way to copy yourself on the notifications which are sent out and the reason for this is because you are in control of when these other notifications are being sent out. I will submit your question as a suggestion to our Product Development department for evaluation.
